For the purposes of the Breadcrumb Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy,”) “Personal Data” is defined as “information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked directly or indirectly with a particular consumer or household.”
We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use Personal Data from you, and with whom we may share it. We may update or otherwise change it from time-to-time without prior notification to you, and you agree to be bound by the changes we make. It is our policy to maintain the confidentiality and security of Personal Data that we collect, maintain and utilize in serving the needs of our customers and visitors to the Breadcrumb website (“Website.”)
You have the option of removing your information from our database so that you do not receive future communications from us. You can contact Breadcrumb via security@breadcrumb.ai to opt out of future communications.
A. Information Collected and Received from You
Below is the Personal Data we may collect from clients, although we do advise all clients to scrub any individually identifiable information before our applications process it:

We do not sell your Personal Data, and, except as set out in this Privacy Policy, we do not share it with others.
We use your Personal Data to operate this Site, to deliver products and services you have requested, to manage your account, and to provide customer support. Cross-Border Data Transfers
To the best of our knowledge, the servers on which your Personal Data will be stored and processed are in the State of Washington, U.S.A. By submitting Personal Data to us, you agree that it may be stored and processed on servers located outside the European Union (EU). If you are within the EU, you consent to your Personal Data being exported and stored and processed on any of our servers in any location.

Verifying Your Request: Only you, or a person that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a request related to your Personal Data. In the case of access and deletion, your request must be verifiable before we can fulfill such request. Verifying your request will require you to provide sufficient information for us to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we collected Personal Data or a person authorized to act on your behalf. We will only use the Personal Data you have provided in a verifiable request in order to verify your request. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Data if we cannot verify your identity or authority.
J. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly ask for or collect Personal Data from children under 13 years of age. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted Personal Data to us and you have authority to act on behalf of the child, please contact us to ask to have the information deleted.
